Formula Run ("the App") is developed by Cleverworks Code. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

When you use Formula Run, we collect the following information:

• Account information — When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name. We store a display name you provide during profile setup.
• Running data — Times you submit for race events within your league, including timestamps and any applicable penalties.
• League data — League names, team names, and membership information necessary to operate your league.
• Subscription status — If you purchase a premium subscription, we store your entitlement status (active, expired, etc.) to manage your ad-free access. We do not have access to your payment details — all billing is handled by Apple.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the App's functionality:

• Authenticating your identity
• Displaying your profile and running times to members of your league
• Computing standings and rankings within your league
• Managing your subscription and premium entitlements
• Displaying advertisements to non-premium users

Advertising

Formula Run displays ads to free users via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. Before any cross-app tracking occurs, you will be asked for permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change your preference at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Premium subscribers are not shown ads.

In-App Purchases

Formula Run offers optional paid subscriptions to remove ads. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We store only your entitlement status in our database to manage premium access. We do not receive or store any payment or billing information.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase — Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication for data storage and user authentication, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Firebase Privacy
• Google AdMob — Advertising services for displaying ads to free users. Google Privacy Policy
• Apple StoreKit — In-app purchase and subscription processing. Apple Privacy Policy

Data Sharing

We do not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties. Your running times and profile are only visible to other members of leagues you join. Advertising data collected by AdMob is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App. When you delete your account:

• Your user profile is permanently deleted
• Your submitted times and league memberships are removed
• If you are a league administrator, the league and all its data are also deleted

Children's Privacy

Formula Run is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
